Services

We provide KVM VPS, Windows RDP and dedicated servers located in Sweden, along with domain registration. Each service is delivered with the specifications listed on its page at the time of ordering. Website and WordPress hosting are delivered on a VPS that you manage, with full root or administrator access. Delivery times stated on product pages, such as RDP activation within twelve hours and dedicated delivery within one to three days, are targets that depend on payment confirmation and any verification required.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for everything that runs on your services and for complying with applicable law. You may not use our services for spam, phishing, malware distribution, network attacks, unauthorised access to other systems, or hosting material that is illegal or infringes the rights of others. Abuse reports are investigated, and services involved in serious or repeated abuse may be suspended or terminated.

Billing

Services are billed in advance on a monthly cycle unless another term is chosen at checkout. Payment can be made by cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. Services that remain unpaid after the due date may be suspended and, if left unpaid, terminated with their data removed. Domain prices are shown at checkout or provided on request.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from the client area at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless you ask for immediate termination. Data on cancelled services is deleted, so copy anything you need before the service ends. Domain registrations follow the rules of each registry.

Backups

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of all data on your services. RAID storage protects against some hardware failures but is not a backup. We recommend keeping regular copies in a separate location and testing that they can be restored.

Liability

Services are provided as described, and we work to keep them available and secure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.

Privacy

We use the personal data you provide to deliver services, process payments, handle support and meet legal obligations. This website stores your theme choice and cookie preference in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to function. Optional analytics cookies are only used if you select "Accept All Cookies".

Changes
